Refund & Alteration Policy
1. Custom-Made Garments
All garments are made-to-measure based on the client’s provided measurements and selected design preferences. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom-made items.
2. Deposits & Payments
A deposit is required before production begins. This deposit is non-refundable, as it covers fabric sourcing and production costs. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or collection.
3. Alterations
We are committed to ensuring the best possible fit.

Minor alterations are offered free of charge within [2-5 days] of receiving your garment.

Alterations are limited to fit adjustments and do not include design changes.

Requests made after this period may incur additional charges.
4. Measurement Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements.

If measurements are taken by us in person, we will ensure accuracy.

If measurements are submitted by the client, we are not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements. However, we will assist with alterations where possible.
5. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of payment. After this period, production may have begun and cancellation will not be possible.
